Team In Training workouts

Last night we added some new core training to our Tuesday night workouts. It just kicked my butt. The 3 mile run/walk was broken down into 1/4 miles increment with stops for core training planks, side planks, dead bugs, 5 spot jumps, butt kick run, high leg run, slide steps, cross over runs and names I can’t remember. Then another mile to cool down.
